Is parking available on site?

Tank Tower has limited secure car parking available for use by visitors and trades persons.  Availability cannot be guarenteed and is available on a first to arrive basis, and for a limited 4 hour maximum duration. When parking onsite, visitors must display contact information on their dashboard.  

 

Is there a nearby public car parking facility?

 

There is a public car park facility located next door to Tank Tower at 40 Tank Street.

Can I rent out my carpark?

 

It is against the bylaws to rent out carparks in the building to non-residents of the building, it is also against Brisbane City Council Town Plan approval.  See this helpful legal advice articles...

Is there disabled access within Tank Tower?

Tank Tower currently provides easy access for disabled persons to most facilities.  Please contact the chairperson if you have any questions regarding disabled access and requirements.

What are the pool and gym facility hours?

Pool and Gym facilities are available to owners and tenants between the hours of 7am and 9pm every day of the week.
